
K3 Advisory Group remains the UK’s No.1 mid-market M&A adviser following the publication of the latest London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Global M&A Mid-Market Financial Advisory rankings.
The H1 2026 rankings place the Group:
• No.1 in the UK
• No.2 in Europe, only two deals behind first place
• No.4 globally
K3 completed 145 deals during the first six months of the year, compared with 38 for its nearest UK competitor. That is almost four times as many.
The Group has now topped the UK rankings for nine years running. Its lead at the halfway stage puts K3 on course to make 2026 its tenth consecutive year at No.1.
Internationally, only two deals separate K3 from the European top spot, while fourth place globally keeps the Group among the world’s most active mid-market M&A advisers.
K3 recently rebranded from K3 Capital Group to K3 Advisory Group. Knightsbridge forms part of its business sales division, supporting company owners throughout the sale process.
Knightsbridge Q2 deal highlights
Knightsbridge completed sales across a broad mix of sectors during Q2.
Among them was Teahouse Emporium, a multi-channel tea and coffee retailer based in Bath. Its sale generated 16 meetings and eight offers before the company was acquired by Nick Barton Jayne.
Valentine Wigs, a specialist e-commerce retailer based in Preston, also moved into new ownership. The process produced 11 meetings and five offers, with the company acquired by Guy Barnard, who is already active within the sector.
Elsewhere, Hampshire-based Graffiti Removal was acquired by Fisher Research, an established chemicals specialist based in Enfield. The transaction brings together Graffiti Removal’s sustainable product range and practical training services with an acquirer already operating in the market.
K3 heads into the second half of 2026 with a clear lead in the UK and the European No.1 position still within reach.
